MICRONTECH ESTIC DC NUTRUNNER AXIS CONTROLLER INPUT AND OUTPUT
Microntech Estic Axis controller has many features , this controller is must to use with every spindle . We can also make it master if needed for machine design . To make a process completely error free process, it is mandatory to use signals for input and output to decide a pattern of fastening and operation like when tool will be start or ready and when it will give OK signal and all . So it is mandatory to have INPUT/ OUTPUT port in controller , so Microntech Estic Axis controller has also PI/O port which includes input and output signals .
Microntech Estic Axis controller has 12 Inputs and one point for Input COM , and 22 Outputs and one point for output COM . Input signals include Program selection , Program start , data Out command etc. signals and output signals include Ready , busy , Ok , NG etc signals as shown in below picture . But we can only give Positive 24V DC power to Input COM means we can only do source wiring and in Output COM we can only give Negative 24VDC means we can only do sink wiring .
